[ ] Water-resistant hard-surface flooring: list kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, laundry areas and utility rooms in the proposal.
[ ] Water penetration to the subfloor: include condition photos and identify the proposed investigation of moisture beneath the finish floor.
[ ] Flooring continuous under fixtures and cabinets: show the wet-area boundaries and manufacturer’s specifications.
[ ] Sanding or leveling asbestos flooring: identify existing-condition concerns and how the proposed floor preparation addresses EPA’s warning.
[ ] Power stripping: keep EPA’s warning for flooring that may contain asbestos in the proposed work description.
[ ] Maximum ventilation: show installation work and the recommended at least 72 hours afterward on the schedule.
[ ] Sealed floor-edge detail: identify the baseboard or turned-up floor approach and request completion photos.
[ ] Clear chemical sealants on sealed concrete flooring: record the product, application date and care instructions alongside the 1 to 2 years reapplication interval.
