[ ] List the condensate-producing HVAC components and the corrosion-resistant drain pan under each component.
[ ] Identify the evaporator coil and secondary drain pan; record whether the secondary drain pan material is galvanized steel or durable plastic.
[ ] Record metal drain pan corrosion and include equipment identifiers beside the condition photos.
[ ] Record the condensate pan materials found at each HVAC service location.
[ ] Describe known or suspected mold growth in HVAC ducts or components and request a defined investigation scope.
[ ] If internal HVAC duct insulation is wet or moldy, identify the affected inside lining and the proposed work on that condition.
[ ] If HVAC will be turned off during or shortly after major wet cleaning, record the cleaning and service overlap.
[ ] Describe HVAC intake observations separately from metal drain pan corrosion findings.
