What should you ask an Illinois home inspector before booking?

- Ask for the inspector's full name and Illinois home inspector license number, in writing.
- If you book through a business, search the inspector's own name as well; in our reading, a business owned by a single home inspector who holds a license falls outside the entity license rule in section 5-5(d).
