The Healthy Homes Production Grant Program (HHPG), housed within DHCD’s Whole Home Energy and Repairs division, provides financial assistance to help residents create safer and healthier living environments. The core mission of the program is to provide comprehensive assessments and remediation of identified health and safety hazards in residential properties.

Location: Projects are limited to the following eight counties/jurisdictions in the State of Maryland:

  • Allegany County
  • Calvert County
  • Charles County
  • Garrett County
  • Montgomery County
  • Prince George’s County
  • Saint Mary’s County
  • Washington County

Application submission: The applicant completes the Combined Energy Rehabilitation Application​​.

DHCD reviews the application to ensure it meets program guidelines and determines eligibility.
