The Weatherization Assistance Program is not a home rehabilitation program. It is first and foremost an energy conservation program, with additional emphasis on minor repairs for the health and safety of the client.

Services may include insulation installation, efficient lighting, air sealing, heating and cooling system improvements, health and safety repairs, and energy efficiency upgrades.

The Weatherization Assistance Program is administered by the State Energy Office in partnership with local weatherization agencies.
